I didn't know how tackle this, I had to watch YouTube to figure it out. 😂🤣 You basically create a wrap with the lettuce, stuff it with the crepe, meat and all the other veggies then dip it in the sauce. Watch out, you'll get really messy. I made sure my hands were squeaky clean, rolled up my sleeves and tied my hair back. Pork Belly and shrimp Banh Xeo with sautéed onions and steamed bean sprouts. Served with green leaf lettuce, mint, cilantro, cucumber, pickled veggies (carrots, daikon, red onion), garlic, thai chili and Nuoc Cham dipping sauce.
