Part of the "Cereal Killers" section of the menu. Layers of goodness....you have the egg, then hash browns and tender, moist corned beef on the final layer. I was on a quick business trip and planned on breakfast here, glad I did! I would go back just for this.

I'm a sucker for any type of eggs Benedict. They bake their own English muffin, flatten it out so it's really thin and toast it so there's a little crisp to it. It was such a satisfying breakfast.
