Probably one of the best I've ever had...look at the strips of salmon skin...it's perfect.

Salmon, mango and tobiko topped with spicy mayo and unagi sauce. Too bad they changed owners and name and menu...I ❤'d Barracuda Sushi. A lot of the same people but not the same food. 🙁
