Crispy pork belly in peanut sauce

Paksiw is a Filipino term associated to a dish that is cooked with vinegar and garlic. Lechon is a roast pig. Usually the leftovers are cooked in vinegar and garlic to make lechon paskiw.

I know it's good but I have a hard time eating it this way.
