AMAZING
1st WINGS, SWEET POTATERTOTS, CRAWFISH GRITS, AND PORK TENDERLOIN SANDWICH
The Broken Record, San Francisco
They are only open when the bar is open. Notch or two up from the typical bar food....check this place out.
4th CUBANO SANDWICH
Porto's Bakery and Cafe, Glendale
House-made, slow-roasted pork, sweet roasted ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Cuban dressing (mustard, mayonnaise, and house seasonings). Served on a Cuban roll and pressed.
JUST OK
5th DIVINE SWINE
Foundry & Lux, South San Francisco
Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder, Coleslaw, Espresso Balsamic BBQ Sauce...fancy it up any way, it wasn't worth $13.
NOT FOR ME
7th PORK PANINI
Antigua Coffee Shop, South San Francisco
Flavorless. Dry. Bland. I was so disappointed. Not only that, they originally messed up and gave me a chicken BLT. Maybe I should've taken that instead. I tried to rescue the sandwich by adding McDonald's hot mustard sauce. Nada! Usually sauce saves the world!
