CLEAR DARK a.k.a. ‘shoyu ramen’ Light, clear chicken broth with soy sauce base, bean sprouts, soft-boiled egg, pork chashu, bok choy, bamboo shoots, green onions, microgreens. The meat was super tender.

Perfect on cold days....love it spicy.
