This was the perfect amount of sweet. The type where you can finish it all easily. I had the ricotta on brioche, with mulled wine poached pears & spiced pear jam and it tasted just as good as it looks 🌼🌺🌸

Of course I had dessert 🤦🏻‍♀️ how could I not when I haven’t had a Cannolo since my travels around Italy. It was so light I don’t even feel guilty. More please 🙋🏻‍♀️. Filled with yummy Ricotta, Pistachios and Chocolate Chips 🍨 🇮🇹
