I have lost track of the amount of times Franco’s restaurant has been recommended to me over the last few weeks, so I absolutely had to come. I love a hearty Italian that lets me have my pick of pasta dishes, as a starter so top points for that firstly, then I thought (seeing as Dad is paying) that I’d give the tagliata de manzo a try, as rump steak cooked rare, drizzled with truffle oil and served on a rocket and Parmesan salad is right up my street! I was definitely not disappointed. Everything we had was superb, including spaghetti carbonara, pizzas, ribs, calamari and king prawns with borlotti beans. 🍸 On Saturday I met up with my best friend from uni and did what we do best; have a three course meal and plenty of delicious cocktails, and the venue this time was @theivyleeds. 🍴What an absolutely sensational meal we had, and the cocktails were to die for.
