This is the most delicious cheese I've ever eaten. I have to order this every time I eat here. It's never listed on the menu and you have to request it... unless the server tells you that's is part of their daily specials.

Fresh mozzarella that's soft, tender, and creamy because it was hand pulled. A side of delicious restaurant-grown heirloom tomatoes were ordered to complement the mozzarella. Served with grilled & garlic rubbed bruschetta, olive oil, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper. Must order this again! 😋

I love this so much that I drove out here again for it this week.
