I enjoyed eating this... for yellow corn. I'm usually not a fan of yellow corn. If the restaurant used white corn instead, I'd be all over this!

It has a great flavor and was spiced well. However, it was too watery, like a thick cream of corn soup that tastes awesome.

It's a DIY elote. Not very authentic, but it's fun for the experience of putting it together at a theme park
