This is the best ube pastry I've ever eaten. I wish I bought more for the flight home. The ube cream filling inside was so fluffy & light with good ube flavor without being too sweet. The ube ganache on the outside was perfect.

Ube!!! I have never seen ube flavor being used at Beard Papa's before and this is my new favorite flavor. Not too sweet, but sweet enough for that creamy ube flavor. 🤤😋
