The perfect pork chop! Juicy, tender, and flavorful. Waiter said the meat was brined for 72 hours before being cooked. Delicious!

Yummy! This place has been around since my college days and probably one of the good reasons to visit Antioch. Flavorful thin slices with a nice salt & pepper flavor. Though not exactly the same flavor, but this got me missing the Fried Salty Pork Bones from the shuttered Taiwan Bento. A great stopping place for lunch...especially when discovering local eats in my bestie's 'hood.
