This was hella delicious and had a nice crunch. The next time I'm in the area, I need to order this again!

What's a caramelo? Think a what happens when a taco is made like a quesadilla. oh wow. it was totally worth the drive across LA to eat here. the meat was a mix of carne asada and chicharrones. Yum!

Surprisingly tasty...and strangely even better the next day when eaten as cold leftovers.
