3rd THREE-CHEESE MONTE CRISTO
Cafe Orleans, AnaheimSwiss, mozzarella, and double crème brie fried in a light batter and dusted with powdered sugar. Served with a blackberry puree. I was already in a grease overload for the day upon eating this. However, I enjoyed eating the leftovers (cold) the next for breakfast with the berry puree. Tasted better cold, than when it was warm, rich, and melty.
