White sourdough bagel topped with wild salmon, capers (I got mine without capers), red onion, a lemon chunk and lettuce, with your choice of cream cheese. Salmon bagels are always my go to and what I loved the most about this place was that you could choose what kind of bagel you want and what kind of cream cheese you want, so, for picky eaters such as myself, it makes for easier ordering, rather than having to add and remove items from a set recipe. Plant-based chicken shawarma, hummus, tahini, tomatoes, pickles and lettuce in a plain bagel. Really good amount of filling, although it was very messy to eat and the sauce went everywhere. Plant-based shawarma pieces were lovely and soft, although I personally wasn’t a fan of how smoky they tasted.
