Veggie sausage in a freshly toasted brioche bun, topped with yum sauce, melted cheese, crispy onions, gherkins and mustard (I got mine without mustard). This is honestly my favourite veggie hot dog of all time, the first time I tried it I almost had to go back and double check they had actually given me the vegetarian one; it tastes just like a proper frankfurter! The yum sauce is to die for and the crispy onions and gherkins are a nice choice of toppings.
