Attended a wedding lunch at this modern Peranakan gastropub. The fish was moist and paired well with the spicy sambal.

Salmon, pumpkin, lentils & salsa verde. Fish was adequately moist, but I wasn’t a fan of the lentils.

Lao steamed fish. Fish with dill & basil, wrapped in banana leaves. Nice fragrant aroma from the banana leaves, and lovely moist texture of the fish.

Steamed Mekong tilapia fish in coconut milk & herbs. Not too bad, easy enough to make.
