Very yummy. Spanish style suckling pig. Tasty complex gravy and tender piggy!

Meat salad of minced pork cooked with fish sauce & lots of herbs. Very similar to its Thai cousin, just less spicy.

Pardon the messy presentation. Minced pork stuffed in a stalk of lemongrass. Pretty tasty if I say so myself.
