This was sooo good!!!. The ample amount of bourbon caramel sauce, plump golden raisins, nuts... It just fell apart when I touched it with the fork it was so moist. Crunchy on the outside... I could talk about this all day

It tasted like a macaroon, with creme fresh, & fruit on top. The macaroon was crisp on the outside light, airy, slightly chewy on the inside. The flavor was good, just not enough. I wish there were at least 2.

With pecans. Makes me feel like a kid again.
