Pan-Roasted Red Fish 23 potato puree / tomatillo / red bell pepper / chorizo / tomatillo glaze / chipotle butter / microgreens. This was even more flavorful than it looks! Yum 😋

Mashed potatoes and chick peas on the side. The chick peas didn't really compliment the excellent flavor of the sea bass.

This was the kids portion! It was very crisp & flaky. I enjoyed helping my son finish this;)

Cobia turkish spiced, brown buttered oranges, capers, olives, raisins, almonds, feta, beignet This was quite delicious!

Moist & cooked to perfection! Served with Parmesan risotto & broccolini . Very tasty 😋
