This dish was simply exquisite! Such rich & delicate flavor of the fish was perfectly contrasted w the grilled mandarin oranges that burst in my mouth w flavor. My mouth was very happy.

This was incredibly flavorful & moist. The Cajun butter sauce complimented the entree well.

1 of my fav fish when cooked right. This 1 was really moist & juicy, just how I like em. Haricot verts, chickpeas, bacon spinach & gorgonzola cheese topping, yum!
