Roasted beets, chilled with goat cheese and a beet chip. This was delectable!

Baby spinach, hoisin soba noodles, shitake mushrooms, miso vinaigrette, & wasabi aioli. This dish tasted fantastic. The salmon was cooked to perfection!

Fried Ricotta, grilled peach, pistachio, champaign vanilla vinegarette. Went perfectly with the wine. Accentuated the nuttiness.

This was quite tasty. Very unique flavored. Granny Smith Apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans, mozzarella & feta cheeses. I would order this many times over.

This was really tasty. The blue cheese crumbles & bacon 🥓 were delicious 😋
