Lovely gooey creamy filling and light Doughnut

Unfortunately I cannot remember the Sicilian name for this but it was lovely, really light and chocolate filling not too cloying

Apologies had to borrow photo from Doughnut Time site as mine got a bit squashed but it was still delicious with a great, but not at all sickly, strawberry custardy filling
