Although this is a seafood restaurant and this pork dish doesn’t look spectacular it’s one of the nicest things I have ever eaten. Minced pork, aubergine garlic and subtle spice, wonderful.

One of the most delicious pasta dishes I have ever eaten; seriously good pork flavours not overwhelmed by the delicate bechamel, exquisite.

Ok, so it looks just like pork and chips but this traditional Galician dish is more than the sum of its parts. Incredibly tender pork loin in a light but delicious sauce. We’d already eaten our fill of their great seafood but ordered this as an extra having seen someone else’s and it was a good call and a reminder that the local specialty, well executed, shouldn’t be overlooked, even if it doesn’t sound promising.
