Really creamy tasting hummus and good flatbread

I’m not usually a fan of “greens” but these deliciously salted local small peppers converted me; perfect accompaniment to the tortilla

Although this is listed as a starter on their menu, I enjoyed the taster I had the previous evening so much I ordered it as a side with my steak. I don’t know what they do to their aubergines to make them taste so good, but I love it.
