AMAZING
1st CROISSANT
Boulangerie Lys, Villepinte
This croissant was perfect; super buttery yet somehow not at all greasy. It was crispy and soft and freshly baked. It's probably a good thing it's far away so that I don't eat it every day! #paris #croissant #villepinte #boulangerie #bakery
REALLY GOOD
2nd CROISSANT
Espress-Mo, London
A good, soft croissant. Not too greasy or dry.
4th CROISSANT
EAT., London
One of the nicer croissants I've had at a chain sandwich shop in London. Good texture and decent buttery taste without being greasy.
8th CROISSANT
GAIL's Bakery Ealing, London
Better than I was expecting because from past experiences at Gail's their cakes tend to be a bit dry, but I know they're supposed to be good so I've always questioned if maybe I'm just getting unlucky/end of the day things. Anyway it was soft inside 🙌🏼 and a decent butteryness. Maybe the outside was a little crisper than I usually prefer but still good.
10th BUTTER CROISSANT
Cinnamon Cafe, Windsor
Not bad, quite light and not dry, but not incredible either. A very good generic croissant and I enjoyed it dipped in my cappuccino (I don't think I know anyone else who does that but I think it tastes great!)
11th CROISSANT WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE
easy eats, London
Toasted croissant with melted cheese.
12th CROISSANT
Black Sheep Coffee, London
Not amazing but better than I expected, not too dense.
13th CROISSANT
The Fields Coffee Shop, London
Enjoyable and nice flavour, a bit dense though.
14th ALMOND CROISSANT
The Fields Coffee Shop, London
One of those almond croissants that has loads of sauce inside that spills everywhere when you try to eat it. Quite tasty, but not sure it's really my thing, I think I prefer a more intense flavour but less sauce. The top was a little dry as well. #Croissant
15th CROISSANT
Costa Coffee, London
Not bad when dipped in coffee if you're into that kind of thing. I am. Maybe slightly more greasy than I like but not bad.
