Crab Taka Taka (ie baked kottu roti with crab and cheese curry foam - although I noticed the cheese, it didn't seem foamy to me) You could choose mutton, chicken or egg instead of crab as well, so they had good options. 2 other people I was with got it, and I would say that only the crab and chicken were presented so nicely, also apparently the chicken version was a bit spicier, not sure if it was a one off or not though. I've only had kotthu roti once before (other than making it in a meal kit which was not authentic lol) and that time was really tasty, in a restaurant, and in Sri Lanka so I feel like this one didn't quite live up to my memory of how good that was but that's fine given that it was made in the Deliveroo Editions kitchen, was in London and had to be delivered etc! Add to that that I had some flu symptoms after my jab so my tasty buds were a little off as well! That said, it was still tasty and I would definitely like to try it when I get to visit one of the actual Hoppers restaurants if I don't get tempted to try something else of course!
