Probably my favourite dish from my stay at Eastwell Manor. Or at least one of them. The mackerel was really refreshing, light and flavoursome. The red pepper coulis toned down some of the vinegaryness of the fish, making it nicely balanced. Textures were really good and I've never tried picked fennel before which was exciting. #pescatarian #starter
