Flatbread made from cassava. And filled with cheddar, goats cheese, mushrooms, plenty of garlic, tomato and spinach. Loved the texture. This is entirely new for me and really enjoyed it. Really big portion!

There's nearly a whole ball of #mozzarella in there - or it feels like it! I really appreciated their choice of the thin, slightly sweet flatbread used as opposed to panini or ciabatta.
