Very tasty although I could really taste the coconut used in the waffles and they didn't taste as good as they probably could have done. Maybe more seasoning or a different cooking method would have helped. A bit of chilli would have been good in the avocado as well. But the dish as a whole was good, I think I'd choose something else next time though. #glutenfree #pescatarian
