AMAZING
1st SOUP
Galvin at the Athenaeum, London
Sorry I can't remember what it was called in the menu. But it came with parsnip chips and had apple inside it. It tasted of autumn but was light and refreshing without being too heavy. Portion size was perfect and it's a delicious soup, I could eat it every day. #soup #hotel #galvin #london
REALLY GOOD
2nd MISO SOUP
YO! Heathrow T2, Hounslow
Enjoyed their miso. Nice and cheap, free refills and not too salty. Can't believe this was my first time at Yo! Sushi!!
3rd TOMATO AND BASIL SOUP
The Lord Nelson, Brentford
Nice flavours and the roll was toasty and warm. Not too much soup.
4th VEGETABLE SOUP
The Flame Tree Cafe, Dundee
This was the "add a little soup for £1.99 to any dish" option which is why it looks small. Tasty soup. Difficult to go wrong with vegetable soup.
PRETTY GOOD
5th TOMATO CREAM SOUP
Bockenheimer Stubb, Frankfurt am Main
Tasted similar to Heinz but had some lumpy bits of tomato in it which was a bit odd but not bad. Served with loads of bread! It's a starter and quite a small bowl but it was quite filling.
