Really good meat but this cut is slightly too faty for my taste.

Amazing flavour but not the most tender steak I've ever had. We ordered it medium rare when it was recommended medium so maybe that's why? Not sure. Still really good. That piece was 650g (with the bone) so we shared it.

The meat was really tender but a bit too cooked for me. They're not allowed to cook it less than medium-rare. 🙄
