It’s Mardi Gras time & these crunchy, so tasty, chewy & a touch spicy fried alligator tails are part of the celebration! They are either there for just this weekend or through Shrove Tuesday, but they return annually.

These had a light, crispy coating over tender tails. Better than when I had them in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA! They did get shipped from Louisiana this morning. The remoulade added a creamy, spicy kick. 😻 Happy Fat Tuesday!
