A mix of aubergines, Bell peppers in red tomato sauce. Sprinkled with grated cheese.

Minced meat wrapped with aubergine slices; topped with tomato sauce and a spoonful of Greek yoghurt. Served as appetiser.

Very spicy. I loved it.

Well Boiled, so they maintained their taste. The olive/lemon sauce on top was complimenting the flavour.
