This beverage is an extremely milky black oolong tea topped with a dense fluid layer of cheese-flavoured cream and caramelised sugar (a bit like a liquid Crème Brûlée - if you will). It is served in a pint glass and to the brim! Honestly, it is far too rich; this kind of a dose of dairy genuinely ought to be for a baby! Astonishingly, it can be made cheesier, sweeter and with extra stuff! For those with a penchant for these fancy drinks (Bubble tea et al.)... Woohoo! But not for me! Nah! #drink
