A popular stall run by folks from Sabah, East Malaysia. Skewers of meaty chicken and mutton, finely seasoned and grilled over a charcoal flame; wonderfully succulent. Served with a spicy peanut sauce, red onion, cucumber and ‘ketupat’ (rice packed inside a woven rhombus-shaped palm leaf parcel and boiled) - a perfect combination. The Pork Satays are always interesting. These were pretty good - tender but perhaps a tad over-seasoned. Sauce was a little bland... oh well, good enough to put a few skewers away! #satay
