Lo and behold! Bentong is famed for its fresh ginger, but who would have thought that it is also known for its tofu! This is a tantalising mix, as these are stuffed with a paste of pork and fish with Chinese chives! They are really fresh and delicious; with the tofu highly flavourful and complemented by the delicate paste. Could add a little chilli sauce... and mmm! #snack

This dish consisted of a big piece of steamed tofu, and was topped with a thick pan-cooked sauce of mince pork and pickled cabbage. The taste was nice; the soft tofu was flavourful and the sauce for the mince was slightly spicy, with the pickle providing a little sweetness. Good. #tofu

A stall at a small coffee shop which does dishes with rice. Only at night. Quick service and tasty, which makes it all the more cheerful! Popular with residents of the area. Crisp tofu topped with a stir-fried mince pork in soy sauces! Alright! #tofu #pork
