Roasted 6 heads of garlic in EVOO infused with lemon thyme and oregano to dip with bagel chips. This is da bomb!

From the UNDERWATER store. Preferred to the honey butter ones, although they could be a little less sweet.

They weren’t past their expiry date yet and so they didn’t taste rancid, but they had lost their crispness and needed an extra hit of salt.

Needs salt or something 🙄

Not terrible, but a bit blah.
