I had the bourbon. I made the cider.

Pretty much a half-frozen blend of strong tea, lemon juice, OJ and bourbon. Needed some mint, but it helped get me through sweating those onions…

Kicking off the weekend with bacon-infused bourbon I almost forgot about after I decanted it. It’s too sweet for me (and I hate the taste) so I’d skip the maple syrup next time. If there’s a next time 🤣
