Well-caramelized char siew that came in substantially thicker slices than I'm used to seeing. This was great.

Personally, the high fat content was kind of off-putting but I get why others might love it. Also, it ain’t worth $30. 🙅🏻‍♀️

This was essentially char siew and quite fatty. I prefer the thick caramelized kind at Chinese restos but the micro greens added an interesting kick to the overall taste.
