Supper at @kristina.naray 's: Fried Kasseri we got at Leo's with a drizzle of honey and a squeeze of lemon.

3rd attempt at kasseri saganaki. Thicker slice, lower heat and still, a shapeless puddle with a brown skin that drags from the melting cheese rather than a golden crust. May dredge in flour next attempt or try halloumi instead.

Wasn’t expecting there to be mochi in this but it added an interesting chewy texture to the experience.
