1st FOUL MUDAMMAS

“Fava beans & chickpea blended with herbalicious chef sauce drizzled with olive oil.” This was the best of the 3 non-bread items, although I prefer the butterbean fūl I made last year.
2nd QUICK BUTTER BEAN FUL

My first time experiencing (the preparation and eating of) fūl. It took under a half hour to prepare (minus the time taken to prepare the Tahini Lemon Dressing which I did the day before, the toasted sesame and the half-boiled 🥚🥚🥚). It was hearty, delicious and the perfect accompaniment to the fresh-out-of-oven puffy pita!
