brief: 400g WHITE ASPARAGUS, PORK SCHNITZEL WILD-GARLIC PORK BRATWURST, HONEY BAKED HAM BLACK-FOREST HAM, POTATO SALAD PARSLEY POTATOES, SAUCE HOLLANDAISE SOOT’S TAKE: Been wanting to try the white asparagus they’ve been hawking for a couple years and I think they’re overrated. Everything else was really satisfying (although I did not try the cold cuts which I’m not so crazy about generally but which I’ll be saving for sandwiches).
