1st CHILLI PAN MEE ‘DRY’ 辣椒板面
Restoran Super Kitchen Chilly Pan Mee, Petaling JayaThis dish seems hugely popular in these parts and it’s evidenced by several operating outlets of the chain in KL. Its popularity stems from the canister of dry chili mix that you get to mix into the flat flour noodles (feel free to mix in a ladleful of it if you dare), minced pork, anchovies, fried onions, and topped with a runny poached egg. It was my first time trying it and regretfully, it did not kick off an addiction that everyone else seems to have developed to it.
