外婆家, HangzhouServed with flower shaped bao. I wasn’t expecting terribly much from this dish given my aversion to pork belly but this was actually very good. Not only was there no boar taint but the solid chunks of fat literally melted in your mouth in a way that wasn’t necessarily off-putting. I don’t know how that’s physically possible but it happened. 🤯
