It’s also my first time not marinating ribs before grilling (or rather, baking low and slow because I like em’ fall off the bone) save for some S&P. The hoisin-ginger sauce (which I reduce stove top) and the spicy peanut shake are ultimately what distract me from the disturbing boar taint.
