Ravioli filled with pumpkin, enhanced with nutmeg, garlic & cheese and drenched in a homespun Alfredo-Pumpkin sauce. Took all of maybe 40 min with made-from-scratch Alfredo, instant pumpkin soup and pre-purchased ravioli.

BRIEF: Handmade Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli, Brown Butter, Fried Sage, Walnuts, Parmesan, Wine SOOT’S TAKE: Well-executed and it’s as much as you’d expect based on the ingredients list. Good for when you’re looking to not be surprised.
