Pandan-infused bread filled with coconut is not a bad way to go. 😋

These buns look rather down-to-earth but they’re out-of-this-world delicious! They’re initially glazed with a creamy concoction of coffee and caramel before getting baked to also entice you from afar with their unmistakable aroma. Mine was still warm when I got it and I certainly wasn’t expecting the buttery, sugary filling inside. It’d have been the perfect start of a day with Sooty-friendly coffee. ☕️

There’s more filling in this bun than your average grocery store coconut bun, but for me, that was the only real difference i.e. not enough to justify paying almost 800% the price of the latter.
