My first samosas! I couldn’t get them to stand like pyramids but they taste every bit as good as the ones I used to get at Indian restaurants.

Two crispy pastries stuffed with savory potato and peas. Excellent with the condiments provided!

Diced potatoes and vegetables mixed with Indian spices, stuffed into thin pastry cones and deep-fried. Served with homemade tamarind sauce & mint sauce.

These weren’t the best but they were pretty fun to snack on before conquering the main.
