Best (and only non-mediocre) dish on the table. Beautifully fried kang kung fritters with piquant dip which we ordered an extra serving of.

They do a decent cucur udang.

Dipped in black coffee and made possible with Kristina Cho’s recipe in “Mooncakes & Milk Bread” and with my trusty instant read thermometer. Still in disbelief I pulled these off!

Discovered a new comfort food in trying to rid the pantry of unwanted Tucher Kellerbier & 3-year aged Cheddar.
